The Leader's Circle at MDF offers three levels of giving: Gold, Silver and Green. Members of every level will receive exclusive content by email!


Gold

$100+ monthly donation

As a gold level leader, here are some examples of what your $1,200+ annual gift can help us accomplish:

  • Send one camper to attend Juvenile-onset Adult (JOA) Camp.
  • Fund registration costs for multiple attendees to the Annual Conference.
  • Support the development of new Myotonic Dystrophy resources such as Toolkits and Guidelines.
  • Help fund a graduate school intern at MDF.

Silver

$50 monthly donation

As a silver level leader, here are some examples of the impact your $600 annual gift can help us make:

  • Fund resources and supplies for a Myotonic Dystrophy Day (mini-conference for families).
  • Ship Toolkits and Guidelines to 10 clinics.
  • Fund staff time for the Warmline (phone support line).
  • Fund supplies and resources for 6 support groups for one year.

Green

$25 monthly donation

For a $300 annual gift, green level leaders help us in the following ways:

  • Ship 30 DM Toolkits to our community across the world.
  • Fund registration costs for attendees to the Annual Conference.
  • Fund web platform to support virtual support groups for one year.
